Noe Valley, AKA stroller town, once a blue-collar neighborhood is now considered upscale. Situated between the Casto, The Mission, Glen Park, and Diamond Heights on the sunny side of town, this quaint neighborhood is very desirable, attracting urban professionals and young families.
