The Bay Area Real Estate Market Finally Finds Balance
Economic and market uncertainties sent January 2019 home sales down to their lowest level since April 2008, according to the latest California Association of Realtors sales and price report. Since January, the median home price has begun to increase in all Bay Area regions at a slow pace. We are experiencing a rebalancing of the market.

Who’s ready for some sunshine? Sure our spring is off to a rainy, cold start but at least the real estate market is HOT! Now is the time to strike if you’re thinking about putting your house on the market. We have been very busy this winter and the start of spring. Everybody knows that nicer weather brings buyers out to Open Houses so the window of opportunity is now. As the cold weather trend takes a back seat to sunnier days, the market will only get hotter!
