There’s a First Time for Everything

As a Realtor, I get this question all the time: “Do you prefer to represent the Buyer or Seller?”

I love all that comes with listing a home and exceeding my client’s expectations with multiple offers, in the least amount of time, for more Return on Investment than expected. But watching my client’s dream come true as I hand them the keys to their very first home is absolutely priceless.

Whether selling a home or buying a home, the passion for me lies in the “first-time” experience. I am so grateful for the ability I have to facilitate this for families who are new to the real estate market.

OFF MARKET FIXER

I have had the honor of wrapping up 2017 facilitating two families real estate goals which is a dream come true for me. We were able to win a REMODELED HOME in INGLESIDE HEIGHTS over several other offers, although our offer wasn’t the highest.  Our offer was packaged well with a heartfelt letter to the sellers and my relationship with the listing agent, in the end, made all the difference in the world.

We then turned around and sold an OFF MARKET FIXER in NOE VALLEY without even listing the property. The clients were in a hurry to sell. We were able to sell quickly for more than expected. And my clients were beyond thrilled.

So for me, it’s all about the first-time experience. I love working with first time home buyers and sellers and watching their lives quickly transform. Cheers to what’s to come in 2018!
