Miracles happen! Heading into the second half of 2018, we are reflecting on all the miracles that we’ve seen happen in the lives of several of our clients this year. We seem to come across home-seekers right when they are ready to give up on the “American Dream” because the market is so competitive and everything is just so crazy expensive in the Bay Area. We have helped them find off-market deals, allowing them to afford their dream home. With a little paint and minor fixes, they are sitting pretty on their equity as new home-owners.
