NOE VALLEY

Noe Valley, AKA stroller town, once a blue-collar neighborhood is now considered upscale. Situated between the Casto, The Mission, Glen Park, and Diamond Heights on the sunny side of town, this quaint neighborhood is very desirable, attracting urban professionals and young families. Single family home prices are quickly reaching 2M. The neighborhood is primarily residential with shopping strips along 24th and Church streets. The neighborhood has its own newspaper called the Noe Valley Voice which was started in 1977 by the residents for the residents. The neighborhood also has its own merchant association and Farmer’s Market year-round on Saturdays from 8am-1pm run strictly by volunteers. This little SF neighborhood is like a small town within a big city. It’s no wonder it has become so desirable, you can really have your cake and eat it too in Noe Valley!
